Alton D. LeBlanc

Al LeBlanc became Chief Executive Officer of Keta Group in 2018, and he provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of Keta’s overall philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. Mr. LeBlanc also ensures quality performance and manages all aspects of the client/customer relationship. Mr. LeBlanc is responsible for all client account activity within the Keta Group family of companies, and he also develops and assists with strategic planning management for the Keta Group family of companies. 
 

Mr. LeBlanc is a member of the Tribe and served as the Tribal Chief and Chairman from 1998 to 2007. Mr. LeBlanc was instrumental in creating a modern-day government at the Tribe and is currently on the committee working on revisions and updates to the Tribal constitution. Mr. LeBlanc has also led Tribal efforts to develop business enterprises to create jobs for Tribal members and to raise money for operations and sustainment of the Tribal reservation and various social programs. He was co-founder of the Chitimacha Comprehensive Health Plan in 1989 and co-founder and President of Indian Nations Insurance Company in 1996. He was also part of the leadership team that established the Tribal casino in 1993, which currently employs over 700 people.

Ben Hu

Ben Hu, Chief Operating Officer of Keta Group, provides direct oversight of all field operations and interacts daily with Keta staff and appropriate client contacts to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Mr. Hu is the operations lead for almost all of the components of Keta Group’s projects. Mr. Hu’s operational and leadership skills have helped Keta Group grow dramatically since the company was founded in 2003. Mr. Hu has developed and overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in contracts and currently manages a work force of over 500 employees and subcontract employees. Mr. Hu also performs corporate functions that support the company’s operating divisions. Those include Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Training, Facilities, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Management Training. Mr. Hu also assists with strategic planning management for the Keta Group family of companies. Mr. Hu is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Mr. Hu is also licensed in Louisiana as a Commercial Contractor. 

Prior to joining Keta Group in 2005, Mr. Hu was a partner with the law firm of Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, LLP.  Mr. Hu engaged in civil litigation, environmental regulatory matters, toxic tort, and class action litigation.  Specific areas of practice included rulemaking before state and federal agencies, state hazardous and solid waste permitting matters, air and water permitting matters, regulatory litigation, environmental criminal enforcement matters, underground storage tanks, land use and development, toxic tort and insurance coverage litigation, class action defense, environmental justice claims, and facility siting issues unique to Louisiana. Other areas of practice included real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters, ranging from the formation and upkeep of business entities to the preparation and review of business contracts and commercial agreements. Business litigation matters included antitrust, unfair trade practices, intellectual property, and trade secrets. Other areas of expertise included various U.S. Small Business Administration programs such as 8(a), HubZone, SDB, SDVOSB, and other government contracting programs. 

Ralph Huybrechts

Ralph Huybrechts, Chief Financial Officer of Keta Group, has been with the company throughout its tremendous growth and development. Mr. Huybrechts is responsible for all finance, accounting, and federal agency and regulatory compliance issues for the Keta Group family of companies. Mr. Huybrechts has managed the accounting and financial activities for Keta Group and all subsidiary companies, including monthly and annual cash management, financial reporting, audits, and budgeting for on-going contracts.    

Mr. Huybrechts has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed to practice in New Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, and California. Over half of that time was in public accounting, including 4 years with Ernst & Young and 12 years as a partner with a 100 person CPA firm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Huybrechts also spent the last 14 years as CFO (or equivalent) with several private and public companies.  He has extensive experience working with federal government contracts, Deltek software, and the DCAA.
