Tiya Support Services
Under this $498 million contract, Keta Group subsidiary, Tiya Support Services, performed a wide range of facility maintenance, repair, and construction functions from July 2010 to October 2019.
The Army recognized our excellent performance by naming Tiya Support Services the Installation Management Command Directorate of Public Works Contractor of the Year. In September 2019, Tiya Services, a sister company, was awarded the follow-on 5-year contract.
Service & Maintenance
Each year, our personnel perform over 65,000 service orders, more than 7,800 separate annual preventive maintenance work orders, and an additional $20 million in minor construction task orders.
We provide services in 12 main functional areas: general requirements including workload, facilities engineering, work control; buildings and structures maintenance; dining facility equipment maintenance; utility system operation and maintenance; HVAC systems operation and maintenance; grounds maintenance; surfaced area maintenance; self-help services; remote camp operations, maintenance, and support; range maintenance; cemetery services; and chiller operations and maintenance.
