Tiya Services Awarded Fort Moore BASOPS Contract

October 11, 2019 – Continuing our history of excellence and proud support of Soldiers, Keta Group’s subsidiary, Tiya Services, has been awarded the Base Operations Support Services (BASOPS) contract for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Moore, Georgia.

Tiya Services replaces Tiya Support Services, its sister company, which has successfully executed the predecessor $498 million BASOPS contract since 2010 and was named the Installation Management Command Directorate of Public Works Contractor of the Year.

Fort Moore is one of the largest military installations in the world and is the home of the U.S. Army Maneuver Center of Excellence, the U.S. Army Armor School, U.S. Army Infantry School, the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation, elements of the 75th Ranger Regiment, the 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade, and other additional tenant units. Under this critical contract, Tiya will operate, maintain, and repair more than 21 million square feet of buildings and associated infrastructure across 184,000-acres. This contract will also support installation activities for Camp Merrill, GA and off-post activities and units. Tiya’s personnel will help Fort Moore support more than 120,000 active-duty military, family members, reserve component soldiers, retirees, and civilian employees on a daily basis.

Keta COO Ben Hu stated, “We are excited to continue supporting Fort Moore and the Maneuver Center of Excellence to provide our nation with the best trained Soldiers in the world. It is a privilege to work with the outstanding DPW staff at the world’s most advanced combat training institution.”

Tiya brings award-winning capabilities to manage and execute the Fort Moore BASOPS contract. The company will implement state-of-the-art work order management systems to extend the lifecycle of assets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and reduce energy consumption. “I am excited to support the Fort Moore community with this important mission of operating and maintaining the installation. Our dedicated employees will continue to work hard with our DPW counterparts to provide world-class facilities for the Army and the Soldier,” said Tiya’s Project Manager Colonel Michael Resty, US Army, Retired.
